DVD/Videos: NYC Ballet Workout

I find them both very good. I usually only do the ab workout and floor barre. I find the other stuff easy. If I do the workout, I usually accompany it with something else, such as Booty Ballet Workout.

I only have the first one, since I thought the second one might be pretty similar, so I am wondering what is special about vol. 2 and the book. Yes, some parts are easy, but it feels good to do conditioning by following a video that's related to ballet. I like to bring it on vacation. Most of my friends agree the ab parts are best.

I was just wondering if anyone has tried the NYCB workout. I just want to know how hard it is, how long it takes, reviews, what ages it is best for,etc.
