cutiepi Posted January 17, 2008 Report Share Posted January 17, 2008 I only have the first one, since I thought the second one might be pretty similar, so I am wondering what is special about vol. 2 and the book. Yes, some parts are easy, but it feels good to do conditioning by following a video that's related to ballet. I like to bring it on vacation. Most of my friends agree the ab parts are best.
