VBTClara05
I have been reading up on a lot of posts sbout stretching and improving instep, and a lot of them said things about tendonidis (sp.?) and damaging feet. When I go to my studio, I usually stick my feet under a railing and try to straighten my knees. It feels like it stretches the top of my feet, and usually in pointe class afterwards, my feet look a lot more streched. Can this damage my feet in any way? (p.s, I'm always sure that my feet arn't turning in or out, and are perfectly straight) Quote Link to comment
Mel Johnson
Not one of the Great Ideas of Western Civilization. Better to do the stretches with your hands, sitting down. Quote Link to comment
