hotchocolategirl Posted April 2, 2006 Report Share Posted April 2, 2006 (edited) Hi everyone, I have very hyperextended legs and I have trouble getting my weight to the correct part of my foot. When I stand in first or fifth with both feet on the ground, I have my weight correctly placed over the ###### of my feet. When I do a tendu my weight either shifts into the heel of my standing foot or if I try to stay over the ball of my foot my whole upper body tilts toward the standing leg.
