How to add a pic to your ballettalk "card"?

So if you click where it says "card"- every member has one- there is a space for a photo. I'd like to take a leap and personalize mine (no one seems to have much on their card, I've checked). Any idea how to get a picture in there?

Sorry! Pictures use too much expensive bandwidth, so we do not allow them on BT, even though the software provides this feature.
