DVD/Videos: US IBC video 1990

I would like to find a copy of the 1990 US IBC held in Jackson, Miss. I think PBS made a video of it but I can not find it on their website. Also there is no information on the IBC site concerning the purchase of previously held competitions.

Any information would be appreciated. (Oneof my dd's teacher's danced in the competition and I would love for her to have the opportunity to see her teacher perform.)
