Recently I realized that as a dancer I need to stay fit especially if I'm going to be lifted by men, how do you stay fit and thin but still healthy and strong?

Yes, that is indeed the answer, sugarplum! We do not discuss that particular issue on Young Dancers, but there is a vast amount of information about it on Nutrition and Health. Do read the Stickies! :unsure:
