you can try doing the splits... but only after a class when u r very warmed up... cus if u do them before a class u can really hurt or pull a muscle.

 

also another one is if you sit on your back and pull one leg down towards your ear while your other leg is nice and straight... gently pull it down. :P

balletbabe076, we have repeatedly asked the Young Dancers to not use "computereez" when posting on the board. Please write in proper English so that our members from other countries can understand the posts! Thank you :P
