cherrylemonade
With a fresh interest in Ballet History, I was delighted to run into a biography of Vaganova on the shelves at Barnes and Noble. I just finished it recently, and was completely fascinated by the story. Vaganova's name is one we all hear so often, yet I knew little to nothing about her. This book provided an excellent look into the story of one ballet's important figures. Has anyone else read this biography, written by Vera Krasovskaya? If so, what were your thoughts on it? If you haven't, I would definitely recommend it, as it's such a worthwhile read. Edited September 30, 2006 by cherrylemonade Quote Link to comment
vrsfanatic
I am sorry to say I have not read the book, but I will look for it on my next visit to B&N! Thank you for the recommendation! Quote Link to comment
