SugarPlumFairy1
How do you use the theraband and what strength would I need to use. My teacher wanted me to get one for my arches and insteps because mine are a little lower than normal but, they are not flat. thanks Quote Link to comment
Mel Johnson
Therabands and other brands of resistance therapy bands come in several different strengths. You probably want to go to a medical supply store and pull on some for yourself. You should get three different weights - light, medium, and heavy. Loop one under the ball of the foot while it is flexed, then point against the resistance of the band. Relax and repeat - you don't need a whole lot of reps to help. Quote Link to comment
