Theraband Question

How do you use the theraband and what strength would I need to use.


My teacher wanted me to get one for my arches and insteps because mine are a little lower than normal but, they are not flat.

Therabands and other brands of resistance therapy bands come in several different strengths. You probably want to go to a medical supply store and pull on some for yourself. You should get three different weights - light, medium, and heavy. Loop one under the ball of the foot while it is flexed, then point against the resistance of the band. Relax and repeat - you don't need a whole lot of reps to help.
