diamond_cutie07 Posted February 20, 2007 Report Share Posted February 20, 2007 When I'm on break I stretch everyday for about 30 minutes; and I do basic barre exercises. Plies, tendus, rond de jambes, etc. I also do ankle circles and sets of flex/pointing. Quote Link to comment
