Ok, well i am currently on summer vacation for dance (a week), but i dont want to waste away the hours and lose what i worked for. So, does anyone know any good exerciese for keeping the "dancers body"? Like, toning the abs and butt without getting the arms too muscular. Any suggestions would be greatly aprreciated. Thanks!!! However, if you want to workout, then just do floor stretches or Pilates mat work, or even a basic barre at home. Quote Link to comment
