I've been able to get down into the splits lately. The problem i have is that my back leg goes over to the side to far. So if I'm down on the right leg then my back leg (left) goes all the way behind my right ear. Sorry if this doesn't make since i don't know any better ways to explain it. How do i fix this? :devil:

Xandra, your back leg will go where you MAKE it go...IT doesn't have a mind of it's own! :rolleyes: Only go down as far as you can control where your legs are, as well as keeping the rotation and the knees straight.
