Pavlova's_daughter Posted September 17, 2007 Report Share Posted September 17, 2007 I've been thinking and I realized that most of the stretches I do are for my legs and lower body, but I don't know very many for upper body. My neck, shoulders, and upper arms get tight and achy a lot. Does anyone know any good stretches for them? Quote Link to comment

I think it's probably best to learn these from a personal trainer or a Pilates or Gryotonics instructor. Quote Link to comment
