Upper body stretches

I've been thinking and I realized that most of the stretches I do are for my legs and lower body, but I don't know very many for upper body. My neck, shoulders, and upper arms get tight and achy a lot. Does anyone know any good stretches for them?

Outside of those we do in ballet every day, like cambrés, I am no expert on this at all. I think it's probably best to learn these from a personal trainer or a Pilates or Gryotonics instructor.

Definitely speak with a physical therapist or a Pilates instructor. :sweating: There are so many to do. With a specific question either one can taylor a program to your needs. :thumbsup:
