RHG, I moved your post to Young Dancers because the other forum is for Teachers only.

 

Since you are 13, shall I assume you are asking about yourself being ready? There is a topic in the Sticky list of topics, at the top of this forum and also the Pointe Shoe forum, called Facts of Life About Pointe Work. If you read that, I think you will have a better idea of what it takes to be ready for pointe. :unsure:
