Strengthing the legs

I don't know where this should go so sorry if it's in the wrong place. I have a lot of flexibility ever since i stooped growing. The only problem is i don't know how to hold it. I was wondering are there any ways to strengthn my legs so that i can hold it? Thanks! :thumbsup:

Yes, mainly by holding it! But, try holding at a lower level for a while. Then gradually increase the level once it is strong at a lower level.
