My Arch is not that archy.

My arch is not that archy

and when i go up on pointe i can't get all the way over

my toes. I do stretch them out from time to time

but they dont seem to get any better.

Does anyone have any tips for me?

Work your feet in class! We've given this advice before and we'll keep giving it until our dying days. My last words will probably be, "Tendus, degagés, frappés, battement fouettés, pas de cheval, and anytime your foot is off the floor!" You have to do it yourself, and no gizmo or gadgetation is going to do it for you.
