dancazrok Posted January 19, 2008 Report Share Posted January 19, 2008 I've grown 2 inches recently and have lost lots of my flexibility. I stretched frequently when I was younger, which made me extremely flexible. Now I seem to have lost not only that, but my strength to hold my extension as well. I'm 15, and it concerns me because it's audition season and it won't be long before I'm 16. What can I do to get my strength and flexibility back? Quote Link to comment
