Super strrong side and super weak side.

I was wondering if it is normal to favor one side of your body vs. the other. For instance, I am stupid flexible and strong on my left side, and not that flexible or strong on my right side. Also, when I lay down in the "frog stretch," I am laying more on my left hip than my right! I have force my right hip down in order to even them out.


I was just curious as to if it's normal to favor one sidee your your body.

By the way, I am focusing on getting my right side more flexible and strong :)

Absolutely and totally normal. Just keep working to improve both sides of your body. You may have to push yourself more on the side you feel less comfortable, but eventually it does become less of an annoyance! :)
