Sweet-Pea Posted January 23, 2008 Report Share Posted January 23, 2008 (edited) I have a lot of muscle on my thighs, and I'm afraid it's from doing adagio's wrong for many years. Now I'm really concentrating on doing developes correctly and using the under-side of my thigh. Compared to my class and to most other dancers, I look like a football player.
