When you get a good role in something

and your friend really wanted it

how are you supposed to handle

the situation when they are jealous

and you feel kind of bad? Because whenever I tell

them that they are good too, they say no I'm not you

are so much better.

After that I never know what to say.

All you have to do is smile, and say, "You can't see all of you, even with the mirror. I can. Trust me, you're good!"

 

You might also drop the bit about someone else being good "too". Much more modest and becoming that way.
