her_dad
OK, newbie question I know. My 16 year old daughter will be trying out for JKO here in a couple of weeks. Any pointers as to what to expect? How to prepare? Things to be careful of? thanks! her_dad Link to comment
Mel Johnson
Hard to say; JKO has only been operating for a few years, and hasn't established much of a track record in things like job placement and overall goodness of training. Is your question as much about the school, or the larger issue of what it's like to work/live/study in NYC? If the latter, my #1 advice is: Don't get on the E train, thinking it's the A train. her_dad
The immediate question is what to expect in the tryout process. Any insight into the school itself, assuming that you get accepted, would be valued as well. Link to comment
dancemaven
There is a thread for this school in our Pre-Professional Schools/Residency forum: ABT's Jackie Onassis school Perhaps some of your questions are answered in that thread. If, after reading the thread, you have questions, please post them on that thread. Link to comment
