idance4joy
There's something wrong with my foot. Every time I go on relevé or point my toes my Achilles' tendon cramps or something. It just started in class when I went on relevé, and I couldn't point that foot the whole class. It doesn't hurt when I walk or run, just when I'm on relevé and pointe. What is wrong with my foot? Mel Johnson
Now, as to that Achilles' tendon, I don't know, hold it up to the computer screen so I can take a good look at it. Uh-huh! Turn it a little to the left now, uh-huh. Now let me see the top of it...A - HA! See how stupid that sounds over a computer? You don't need a message board, you need a doctor, and pronto! Don't mess with Achilles' tendon pain! Quote Link to comment

Administrators Victoria Leigh Posted March 31, 2008 Administrators Report Share Posted March 31, 2008 Idance4joy, the problem is that you "screamed" it, in addition to posting it twice, and then also screamed your response to Mr. Johnson. When you write in all higher case letters it is equivalent to screaming. We welcome you to Ballet Talk for Dancers, but we would like to ask that you please take a little bit of time to read the forums, and especially the "Sticky" threads, in order to learn how we work here. Administrators Victoria Leigh Posted March 31, 2008 Administrators Report Share Posted March 31, 2008 That's okay, just keep an eye out for that. That's what the Edit button below the post is for. Also, you do not need to quote the previous post in your post, as it is right there for everyone to see. Quote Link to comment
