ripresa
I just saw "Cult of Color: Call to Color" yesterday, a collaboration between BA artistic director Stephen Mills, visual artist Trenton Doyle Hancock and composer Graham Reynolds. It was very surreal, and whimsical, and crazy. The costumes were amazing. It reminded me of the current MoMA exhibit on color. Very vibrant and playful. Definitely a feast for the eyes. http://www.balletaustin.org/cultofcolor/ http://www.balletaustin.org/cultofcolor/the%20story.php Quote Link to comment

Pointe1432
Was this your first BA performance or have you been to many others? Just wandering if you had any expectations going into it. ~Pointe1432 Quote Link to comment
ripresa
I've seen a few. The last one I saw was a few years ago and wasn't quite to my taste (if you want to know more, I'd prefer to discuss that one over PM) Call of Color was the one I enjoyed the most actually. I've also seen their Nutcracker, Cinderella, and Glow in the Dark. Quote Link to comment
