Hey! I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good stretches to work on my splits and such. I am moderately flexible but want to become more flexible without hurting my muscles. Anyone have ideas?

I moved this question over here to YD, as it is really not about Nutrition or Health.


Splits ARE a stretch for flexibility. That is why you work on them, when you are well warmed up from class, or at least barre, of course.

brll3r1n4, I"m sorry, but I removed your post. We do not allow young dancers to give advice on Ballet Talk for Dancers. You are not an exercise physiologist with knowledge of how long one stays in any stretch. Nor should you be advising dancers whether to push their stretch or not.
