ballet_lover5678
I have had this problem off and on since about October I guess. The outside of my left leg from below my knee to my ankle bone sometimes throbs whenever I walk on it or plie on it. Ibuprofen will usually help kind of ease it, and my teacher reccomended Arnica (a homeopathic remedy) gel and that helps most of the time too. Is this something I should be worried about? Administrators Victoria Leigh Posted July 12, 2008 Administrators Report Share Posted July 12, 2008 You should be worried about it if hurts and keeps coming back, because it usually means that you are doing something incorrectly. It could be from rolling in, or even rolling out, or gripping the toes. It could also happen from something unrelated to ballet, like walking or running on a hard surface, especially without really good tennis type walking or running shoes. Quote Link to comment
