Katthe1st
I go to the gym 3 days a week as well as ballet. I do light weights for strengthening my muscles, cycling, jogging and walking on treadmill and some rowing (rowing machine). I also swim, but find this beneficial to my dancing as a can stretch my legs underwater etc. I would like to know if any of these things are not compatible with dance? For instance, I heard running is bad if you dance. Quote Link to comment

Mel Johnson
Don't fall off the rope climb, especially near the top. That's a good thing not to do at the gym. Quote Link to comment
