balletpointe
My daughter took her intermediate RAD exam today which she felt went very well but she knew the examiner. We did not know who the examiner was until 20 minutes befor her start time, we notified the organiser straight away who contacted headquarters in Batersea as she was her intermediate teacher last year. They said to go a head with the exam and they would decide later if she would have to resit. Has any one been in this situation? Quote Link to comment
Administrators Victoria Leigh Posted July 28, 2008 Administrators Report Share Posted July 28, 2008 The following reply was sent to me to post. Thank you CDR! On the vocational exam entry form it asks for details of any examiners who have coached the student in the last 12 months or are known personally. If your daughter was taught more than 12 months ago then I don't think there is any need to put them on unless you know them as a personal friend which I'm assuming you don't. It sounds as though she should be fine as the RAD would have referred to the form when organising the exam session and would have queried it then if there was going to be a problem.
