Cross Training

I was thinking of including some cross training into my schedule on top of my dancing. I already do a lot of pilates and body conditioning. Should i do some jogging or walking? If so how much is advisable for my age (i'm 15)?

Etudes, I think you are doing enough with the Pilates and conditioning classes. I would put the extra energy into your ballet classes! :wink:

Swimming at that intensity is fine. It's only when you get to extended training for speed or endurance that things start to work against you.
