Folks, have you seen/heard of this new show? It just opened in NYC this month (Oct. 2008) and from the footage uploaded on YouTube, it looks like it's a hip hop dance performance/show with ballet dancers in the mix. Storyline: ballerina falls for b-boy. Nothing original there yet appealing to many people. The show hails all the way from Seoul (or Soul! Bam!) and features a few female ballet dancers in the mix, together with Extreme Crew, award-winning hip hop posse. The music looks like it's predominantly hip hop but since I haven't seen it myself don't know if that's 100% true for the entire show. I also don't know if all they dance is hop hop or if they throw in some b-boy-tries-to-dance-ballet in there too.

 

Anyone else got any 411 on this show?
