What are some really effective stretches? I can already put my stomach and nose on my knee for stretching on my right leg, and just my nose on the knee for left. I really need to improve my side splits and left split. Are there any stretches that would really help that?

Lynn, splits ARE stretches! That is why one does them. So, working on them is what helps them, and helps you with extension and flexibility. :)
