First time on Pointe

HI! I'VE BEEN WONDERING AND COULD SOMEONE PLEASE, ANYONE, REPLY TO THIS PLEASE?

I've been dancing since the sixth grade and have always wanted to go on pointe. I've never really told any of my dance teachers that I was born with a smaller left foot. Would it be possible and safe for me to go on pointe when I have two slighlty different sized feet.

bluemagic- there are several Reply buttons, so we understand why it can get confusing. If you wish to Add a New Topic, there is a button to click in the upper right hand of the page, right above the blue bar.

There is usually no need to quote the entire previous post, so you can avoid the Reply buttons within every post.

I've known a couple of cases where that's happened. It means that you'll be buying two pairs of shoes at a time, but that's not a big deal. As long as there's no malformation in either foot, and everything else is working technically for you, then you could take on pointe. How long ago WAS sixth grade, anyway? (How old are you?)

*bluemagic-Please click on the Add Reply button at the bottom right-hand of the page, not the Reply button contained within the previous post. Thank you.
