bbd
Does anyone know of a dvd or video (or a book) that focuses specifically on expression, artistry and acting for ballet dancers (not just mime)? Quote Link to comment
vrsfanatic
No, I am not aware of such a book, but if there is one, I would like to read it too. Quote Link to comment
Balletmom
There's this book: Amazon Link for "Dance Imagery for Technique and Performance" by Eric N. Franklin I'm not sure it's exactly what you are looking for, but I've thumbed through it, and it seems like it may be relevant in a broad sense. Quote Link to comment
Dance_Scholar_London
Franklin's book is really more about using imagery to improve technique rather than acting. Quote Link to comment
