Magdalena
When I flex my feet, my toes stick straight up instead of going in the same direction as my foot. It's kind of weird. I'm capable of holding my toes flat, but it isn't natural at all. I guess that means I have really flexible toes. Is that a good thing or a bad thing or does it not really matter? Is there anything I should be doing about it? Link to comment

Magdalena
Nope, not at all. Although sometimes after doing a lot of pointe work, the tendon of my big toe feels sore. Link to comment
Clara 76
Well, as long as your metatarsals are strong and it's not causing any pain, then I guess I wouldn't worry about it! Link to comment
teeny dancer
It's natural for me to do the same thing. I don't think there's any problem with it as long as you can flatten your toes. I think it may just have to do with the muscles you concentrate on when flexing your foot. Link to comment
