star13 Posted December 20, 2008 Report Share Posted December 20, 2008 I have been working on my extension for quite some time now, maybe 2 years. I have been doing exercises teachers, articles and peers have told me to do. But they aren't getting any higher! I need work on my front, side and back. I don't know how to build the strength to hold them up, because I am very flexible. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem, and if so have your extensions improved? Also, is it possible they could improve a lot in a year? Thanks Quote Link to comment
