Auditions: Pre-requisities?

One of the auditions my dd is looking at asks for a "CV" along with a headshot, DVD of performance work and dance photo... what is a CV?

It includes a summary of your educational and academic background, as well as teaching and research experience, publications, presentations, awards, honors, affiliations, and other details."

Now that's impressive....I can really appreciate the information on that site for prospective dancers (and their parents ). I wonder if they receive financial backing from the Canadian government?

One question to whoever might know, when they say to staple photo on back of resume, do they want both a headshot and body shot stapled side by side - or just one of them - or is it worth having a headshot done with an inset of a full-length on the same photosheet. Hope that makes sense!

I took them to mean one should attach both photos to the back of the resume.

 

Remember this is one company's requirement only - others may have different requirements, so I don't know that it would be worth your $$ to have a special photo done if its just for the one place....
