pilates?

I dance four days a week, sometimes on the weekends, depending, and was looking into taking pilates classes to fill some extra time while i'm not dancing and lengthen my muscles. The problem is, there are three YMCA's in my area and at all three, every class time conflicts with my ballet. My other option is a DVD. Anybody have a favorite DVD or program that they think works best?

Are there other options to you besides the "Y"? Granted, you can't beat the price, but you need an instructor, especially if you haven't done Pilates regularly before.

Hmm, I'm not sure.

I mean, I could certainly look into it, but now that I'm getting busier and busier (I dance at a competitive studio as well, and its that season!) I think it might be hard to fit in more classes.

Then before it gets any busier, the time is now to stop and weigh your priorities. Talk it over with your folks. You may be doing some things now that you can drop, or if they're all ironclad, then the answer is obvious: No new commitments.
