butterflyprincess Posted February 4, 2009 Report Share Posted February 4, 2009 Hi, I'll begin by saying, I have been off dance for a few weeks due to personal problems, I went to bed the other night and must have pulled my side and hip in my sleep as when I woke up it was really bad pain, Its still the same today and I have done alot of exercise/walking today and now my hip is really hurting. However, I'm not going to answer it until you go to the edit button and rewrite it so that it is legible. You have no punctuation and the whole thing makes no sense.
