Hello balletcutie1995, welcome to Ballet Talk for Dancers.

 

You are in the right area, but you need to check the Pre Professional Schools/Residence Program forum, and if you just search through there you will find threads on all of the major residence schools. There are definitely some which start with 8th graders or even before that. Some are high school only, but not all of them! Just check the threads, and the web sites of the schools listed.
