Improving one's arches...

How exactly can you strengthen and improve your arch ? Is there any exercise which can be used for strengthening them ? How do you get the ' perfect ' arch ? :yucky:

Shobana, the exercises for improving your feet, both in term of flexibility and strength, are ballet exercises. Yes, that's right, ballet exercises. Tendu, dégagé, pas de cheval, frappé, elevé and relevé, rond de jambe à terre, etc., etc. These exercises teach you how to point and how to work your feet, using your rotation to help create the desired line of the legs and feet. In addidtion to these things, working with a theraband is recommended.
