dvds for home practice?

Greetings! I'm new to the board. I wonder if any have found good intermediate dvd's to follow for home practice? Though this may be less than the best approach, recognizing the need for a teacher and studio, I have used a few dvd's to help and am looking for further suggestions. Thanks!

Hi, Adam, and welcome to Ballet Talk for Dancers.

Are you being trained in any particular curriculum of ballet, like RAD or Cecchetti, say? If you're being taught what some called "International Eclectic", Finis Jhung has a good set of videos about all sorts of level-appropriate work. You are right, though, it's best to add classes at a good school.

Thanks for the recommendation about Finis Jhung's. I have looked on line to purchase them and tho a bit pricy, hope in the future to be able to order some. I do agree that a good school certainly would be better, yet due to travel and other obligations, that is not always possible in my case! So the use of dvd's helps me. Thank you.
