Photos: Balanchine with NYCB Photograph

I have been looking for a particular photo of Balanchine for a while. I don't remember where I have seen it before, but I can't seem to find it again even after numerous google images searches and looking through many books. This is a black and white photograph of Balanchine surrounded by the NYCB's women, among them is Suzanne Farrell... everyone is wearing a simple black leotard and tights, crowded around Balanchine who is sitting on a chair in the middle. If anyone knows where I might find this picture that would be really helpful!
