Can't find the Pointe Shoe Topics board

I was curious to read the "sticky" on the Pointe Shoe Topics board regarding the pointe shoe recommendation form. I keep searching but cannot find it. Could be due to the fact that I got maybe 3 hours sleep last night due to a nasty cold, but who knows? :-)

The bottom sticky is the suggestion form, but all the points (pun intended) mentioned in the other stickies are worth reading. :-)
