Ballet Talk for Dancers

Ballet schools in QLD and VIC Australia

We are moving back to Australia after 2 years in the UK and I really want to get back into doing a lot of ballet (as in my 5- 6 classes a week). When we lived in Sydney I took class at Sydney Dance Company and The Adult Ballet Studio and Alegria Dance Studios. The first 2 were very open, mostly drop-in classes where corrections were not given often.

I love being worked hard and given lots of corrections, because I am aware enough to know I can't do a lot of things as well as I should and still need these pointed out.

I don't mind dancing with younger students as I am used to that by now. Ideally there would be a mixture of open and syllabus classes so I could finish off my exams to move on to teacher training.

Any ideas??
