I just finished reading this book. For seasoned teachers, it will most likely just confirm the things you already know, but it is still a good read.

 

I highly recommend it for teachers that are just starting out.

 

It is well thought out, and covers a plethora of topics from history and music, to business plans, with all the other expected stuff in between.

Yes, excellent book. Geared toward beginning teachers but well worth it for experienced teachers looking to tune up their teaching.
