improving flexibility

Hi I'm 17 years old and I have been dancing since the age of 4. I'm wondering if there is still time for my flexibility to improve any further. Or will things be sort of "set" by now? My flexibility isn't too bad, but I really would like it to improve more. I do stretch every day (splits, hamstring exercises, stretching with my leg on the barre, holding my leg and extending it devant, derriere and a la seconde and core strength exercises to hold my legs in the air.)

Any replies will be much appreciated!!!

There is really no definitive answer to that question, little dancer. How much improvement can still happen will vary for everyone. The most improvement happens younger, but that doesn't mean it has to stop at any certain point in time.
