Hamorah
The Royal Winnipeg Ballet is coming to the Performing Arts Centre here with their version of Carmina Burana. Does anyone know this ballet? As a rather square classical ballet lover ( apart from the Boris Eiffman company, who I happily see in anything and everything they do) would I enjoy it, do you think or is it very modern???????? Twinkle Mom
I am a rather square classical ballet lover myself, and I saw the local (smallish) company do it recently. It isn't too modern, and I did like it, though I liked Balanchine's Theme and Variations (also part of the program) better. There was a full chorus with Carmina Burana, and that added to the experience. Quote Link to comment
