xoballet88
Yesterday, my dance teacher told me that I am not pointing my foot correctly. I'm apparently pointing with my ankle and not fully showing my arch through my toes and lower foot. Are there any exercises I could do to fix this? Would using a theraband help? Thank you! vrsfanatic
Without seeing what you are doing, I am only guessing. Fully stretching the ankle is a big achievement, so this is good news. Once the ankle is stretched, the usage of the toes is only a few steps away. Theraband exercises should be good for the strengthening the toes. You might also consider asking your teacher the same question since your teacher does have a better image of what your issues are.
