daaaaaaaaaaaance
Hi, recently I have noticed I have a very large tensor fascia latae muscle. I was wondering what this could be the result of. I was also curious about hypoextension. My knees look bent all of the time. To see if it was due to bone structure, I stood in first position, put my heels an inch apart and locked my knees back really hard and managed to make my knees touch. (I know this is really bad for me) My question is: does this prove I have the potential to have consistently straights knees? And if so, how can I stretch my knees to make them completely straight all of the time? Thank you! Quote Link to comment
