vrsfanatic
Ms Patterson was also a teacher of mine at Pennsylvania Ballet. I too heard the news today but had not posted because I have no further information. Ms. Paterson, born in 1910, was 100 years old, an original member of Ballet Society and etc. She was closest to William Dollar and inherited all of his ballets including Le Combat. She was teaching ballet until 3 years ago. An amazing and kind woman. May she rest in peace. Quote Link to comment
balletgirl22sk
I always looked forward to her classes since they were so fun. She had so much energy. I remember her flitting around like a little bird. Quote Link to comment

pointeprovider
DD had her for class and loved her. She was such an inspiration, and we had no idea that she had made it to age 100! May she rest in peace. Quote Link to comment
