Ginniathezinnia
I'm just wondering if a ballet has been written based on Antonio Vivaldi's Four Seasons? Quote Link to comment

gav
Also James Kudelka's, which premiered in 1997. There are clips on YouTube and a video about the story/themes and lead role here. Quote Link to comment

RobynC
This year there was a broadcast in cinema's of Paris Opera Ballet's "Caligula", also to this music. Yes, I was in Paris this February and saw it. I love the music, but the ballet? Not so much...my husband described it as "Bollywood on drugs meets 2001: A Space Odyssey"! You can tell he's not a contemporary ballet aficionado! But the dancing was wonderful, and the Opera Garnier is a wonderful experience in itself. Quote Link to comment
